I had a mini board meeting and roped in the client services manger and brain stormed ideas on the white board. What came out of the mix was to incorporate a number of interviews with other business owners obtaining an insight into their set up, how they started and their success. Bear in mind the only reason nichehomes.com works with them is because they are successful in the 1st place.

So from this mini post, learn the 1st rule of expanding an existing concept. Begin with who you know already, in this case who would not want to discuss the secret of their success. Not only does this give kudos to the already successful business owners, it also allows our readers the opportunity to benefit from their success, thus improving the readability of our corporate blog.
